Each hiring step can now have not just one – but multiple participants
The new panel interview option allows all the interviewers to be up to scratch on interview times and allows them to individually submit their own evaluations.
To speed up the screening phase, you can assign more than one interviewer to the *Go* or *No-Go* screening step, which allows the first assignee that completes it to decide whether or not the particular candidate proceeds to the next level.
