Estimator Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Construction Science, or similar discipline
- Proficient in Timberline and other relevant software (HCSS HeavyBid)
- Familiarity with project management principles, data analysis, and estimation formulas
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Certification as a professional estimator is helpful
