- Remains knowledgeable and adheres to state laws relevant to bounty hunting
- Performs stakeouts and other surveillance activities to ascertain a target’s location
- Collects and analyzes information about assigned targets
- Efficiently identifies and apprehends targets
- Interviews and interrogates a target’s known associates
- Transports fugitives before turnover to authorities
Bounty Hunter Job Requirements
- Certification or license to practice bounty hunting
- Prior experience in military or law enforcement is preferred
- Physically fit
- Knowledgeable in the use of firearms and non-lethal weapons
- Willing to work on-call and be deployed at a moment’s notice
