Major Responsibilities (The fundamental and crucial job duties performed in the position, not including managerial marginal functions)

·       Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to achieve business targets

·       Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new OEM clients

·       Manage ongoing relationships with existing OEM partners and ensure customer satisfaction

·       Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design custom weighing solutions

·       Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and competitor analysis

·       Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate leads

·       Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance reviews

Requirements

·        Candidate must have very good level of English - please send the resume in English

·        Minimum of 5+ years of experience in OEM sales, preferably in weighing applications or industrial solutions

·        Proven track record of securing high-value OEM contracts and driving revenue growth

·        Experience working within construction, medical, robotics, agricultural industries and other unconventional weighing business. 

·        Strong knowledge of weighing technologies, load cells, and industrial sensors

·        Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite

·        Familiarity with industrial standards and certification processes

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

·        Strong presentation and client-facing skills
