VPG is seeking a Regional Sales & BD Manager to join our MicroMeasurment BD & Sales Team.

This position will lead and oversee:

  • Development and execution of the Regional Sales plan
  • Set goals to achieve revenue targets and continuous growth
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales territory managers and inside sales
  • Build robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Actively identify, prospect, and generate new business within the assigned region with a focus on high-value and strategic accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers, address customer satisfaction levels and develop maintenance and cultivation plans
  • Negotiate and review customer contracts, prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
  • Map the competitive environment and keep up with the latest industry developments
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and maximize business development efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecast future sales, and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements

Bachelors of Mechanical or Materials Engineering or related technical degree

7-10 years of experience in global technical sales management in the electronics/sensors industry

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

Initiative, patience, and assertiveness

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize effectively

Innovative, energetic, analytical approach

Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate high-performance teams

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Adherence to schedules and procedures

Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written

Benefits

Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
