Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Recruitment:
- Experience in hiring from Manufacturing Industries / Non – IT Industries.
- Prepare Internal and External Social media job advertisement, Web Postings, and specification in accordance with the organizational requirements.
- Shortlisting the candidates liaise with all sources and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Proficient in recruiting candidates from individual contribution to managerial role positions. Responsible for the Complete Recruitment Life Cycle - sourcing, short-listing profiles, candidate tracking, interviewing, reference checks, BGV process, Pre employment medical checkup and follow-ups till joining.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) adherence and work on candidate experience score.
- Research, analyze and present data for Recruitment scorecard.
- Ensure Source mix and consultant source less than 10%.
- Advise HR and hiring managers on Market Intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, Market salary)
- Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
- Follow up to inquiries from candidates, Managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization recruitment activities, organization standards of Privacy and secrecy.
- Build candidate relationship to foster positive candidate experience as well as future pipeline.
