We are hiring a R&D Metallurgist
- Obtain strain gage metallurgy knowledge and execute accordingly: lead foil supply chain, ingots and compositions, processing and insertion of foil to production according to R&D plan. Conducting foil related testing, characterization and analysis.
- Support heat treatment furnace production in Modiin and ramp to production of various heat treatments according to plan and targets.
- Advance strain gage’s R&D in material science and/or application means
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering/Chemistry Engineering/Chemistry
- Experience in Metallurgy, preferably in industrial/production environment.
- Experience in 3D printing and/or compositions of functional metals – big advantage.
