We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Subject Matter Expert (SME) with professional experience in the US UI/UX Design market. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with our internal curriculum developers and other product team members to create our new UI/UX Design program.

What you will do

  • Develop course materials, lessons, and practical assignments tailored to beginners.
  • Ensure the content aligns with industry standards and trends in UX/UI design.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to create a structured, engaging learning experience.
  • Share insights from your experience working on diverse projects to enrich the course.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Figma: ability to work with components, libraries and prototypes.
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Experience in collaborating with the development team (handoff design, design quality assurance, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, reviewers, and tutors.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or creating any educational materials.

PREFERED EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with online education platforms and instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies.
