IT License Manager (Freelance) @ Toloka

We need an experienced and vigorous IT License Manager who will get the job done and enrich our team with knowledge, expertise, and experience.

• Coordinate with vendors for the purchase, renewal, and termination of licenses;
• Review and negotiate licensing terms and agreements with vendors to ensure the organization receives optimal pricing and service;
• Identify opportunities for cost savings by optimizing software usage and reducing underutilized licenses;
• Work closely with IT, finance, legal, and business teams to understand their needs.

PROJECTS EXAMPLES

• Annual vendor agreements renewal and negotiation process;
• Software asset management tool implementation;
• Implement cost saving initiatives.

• Fluency in Russian and English;
• Prior experience managing licenses for applications like Atlassian, Microsoft, or other enterprise software solutions is a strong plus;
• Understanding of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS, etc.), legal, finance and compliance requirements;
• Knowledge of budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Familiarity with ITSM and ERP systems;
• Project management and applications ownership experience.
