We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Student to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives and collaborate daily with our global marketing team, as well as other departments within the organization. This position offers hands-on experience and is ideal for a first or second year marketing student who is eager to learn, contribute innovative ideas, and thrive in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Monitoring & Execution: Oversee campaign briefs, ensuring accurate execution aligned with strategy and support the setup of digital marketing initiatives (email, social media, podcasts).
  • Social Media & Marketing Operations: Assist with the management of social media platforms, website updates and work with various marketing tools.
  • Budget, PO Assistance & Vendor Coordination: Support the department with purchase orders and collaborate with external vendors for timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Sales Portal Management: Update the sales portal, create internal newsletters, refresh content, and ensure proper categorization while incorporating sales team feedback.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports summarizing organic campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintenance of Marketing assets: Regularly review and update brand assets to align with the latest campaigns, ensuring proper organization and archiving of outdated versions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a marketing-related degree (First or Second year).
  • Previous experience with marketing tools or as marketing intern/specialist- advantage.
  • High level of fluency in English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented - a must.
  • Works independently, adapts easily, highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborates effectively with teams, open to learning and embraces new challenges.
