We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Associate Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate our SodaStream brand in the appliances category. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Insights, Digital, etc.) to implement marketing campaigns, grow brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.
This role reports to the Appliances Global Category Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute brand strategies for the appliances category, aligning with business goals and customer insights.
- Manage brand positioning, identity, and consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels with a strong focus on E-commerce (D2C and Amazon).
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, content marketing, and events) to drive brand growth and product awareness.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to create compelling messaging, content, and visuals.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, consumer insights, and feedback.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape within the appliances industry.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data to continuously refine marketing strategies, optimize spending, and improve ROI.
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of brand marketing experience, with a strong background in consumer goods, home goods, or Agency.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, and market research.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent English. (Native speakers, advantage)
- Experience managing budgets and timelines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
