Overview:

In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying benefits, reactivating patients, answering inbound calls, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing EMR (Prompt), and monitoring the clinic’s virtual kiosks.

Site Location:

• Davao Site - 4F & 5F, La Cima Building, JLN, 2, Palma Gil St, Poblacion District, Davao City
• Cebu - Remote/Safe Base

• Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
• Must have experience in Prompt EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
• Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!
• Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Davao hires must be willing to work onsite
• Cebu hires can work remotely but should report to a safe-base or co-working space incase of outages
