What will you do?

  • Analyze large datasets and translate data into actionable insights for product and business improvements.
  • Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate the strategic impact of new data initiatives and work with business leaders to align them with company growth objectives.
  • Answer critical business questions by mapping, tracing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Coordinate with data engineers and BI developers to gather new data points or create custom data frameworks for analysis.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering) to define data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant field (Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems)
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a data analyst
  • Relevant experience from Global software companies
  • Proficient in SQL capabilities
  • Experience working with Python
  • Experience querying Big data (Snowflake an advantage)
  • Ability to analyze huge data sets effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for data
  • Previous experience as working as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Online marketing experience (an advantage)
