Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile in-house Legal Counsel to support our global operations. This role will report into the CFO and will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on commercial agreements and employment matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure legal compliance and support business needs across our international footprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support on a broad range of commercial matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS, vendor, partnership, NDAs).
  • Advise on employment-related matters across all jurisdictions we operate in, including employment contracts, hiring, terminations, employee relations, and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leadership on cross-border employment issues.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsels in Israel, US, UK, and Portugal.
  • Support corporate governance and compliance efforts.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company and provide guidance accordingly.
  • Help develop and implement internal legal processes, templates, and best practices to support the company’s growth.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of relevant legal experience, big law firm graduate with experience as in-house counsel.
  • Experience with commercial contracts and international employment matters is a must.
  • Familiarity with working across multiple jurisdictions (Israel, US, UK,Portugal – a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast- paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a business-friendly manner.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
