We are currently searching for a Software Delivery Operations Director:
Responsibilities
- Proven track record of senior leadership and strategic management in the technology industry, overseeing operations in a rapidly growing environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and processes, driving efficiency and optimization.
- Operational business experience, including a successful performance track record managing staff and P&L.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven operational decisions.
- To ensure that the delivery exceeds our customer's expectations and adds business value through their passion for technology, a deep understanding of our customer's businesses, and an accurate interpretation of requirements and resources to make each Customer Account and its related projects successful.
- To ensure our teams have everything they need to deliver customer results.
- To stand back from program and project management to view the delivery landscape broadly.
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
- Effectively orchestrate the overall delivery process toward our customer's goals.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
- To translate project results into cost savings, increased sales, improved customer satisfaction, and other measurements that don't necessarily fall into traditional delivery activities. This shift in success criteria to business outcomes comes from being accountable for the business rationale behind executing projects and programs.
- Serve as a visible leader to project and program managers starting the journey.
- Support our solutions architecture and program architect teams to develop and review SOWs, particularly in renewals or expansions for your account portfolio.
- Understand best practices in technology, product management, and project management concepts to lead operational excellence in project teams.
- Proactively identify and reduce risks that impede the team's ability to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage customer relationships, particularly with executives and key decision-makers.
- Partner with Account Executives to grow account relationships over time.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with the role or similar roles.
- Experience managing and overseeing organizations of 2,000+ consultants, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and team development at scale.
- Knowledge of software development processes in an agile environment.
- Having a broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
- Experience working with and leading dispersed cross-functional teams.
- Experience in software development and product management services.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
- Understand the wider objectives of the customer, such as business and strategic goals.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, project financial management, and resource allocation procedures.
- Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
