We are currently searching for a Remote AEM – Java L2 Support Engineer:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for internet-facing web applications built on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java applications and integrated AWS services.
  • Monitor application performance using AWS tools such as ECS, CLI, and CloudWatch.
  • Perform root cause analysis and escalate critical incidents as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in application support roles.
  • Strong experience supporting AEM-based web applications.
  • Solid knowledge of Java.
  • Experience with AWS services such as ECS, CLI, and CloudWatch.
  • Proficiency in Unix-based systems and SQL.

Languages:

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
