We are seeking a Creative Designer with strong expertise in PowerPoint design and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, the ability to create compelling presentations, and experience in designing marketing materials that drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp 7x/2203, Citrix StoreFront, NetScalers, and VMware vSphere environments.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), ensuring SLA/OLA compliance.
  • Perform Tier 1/1.5 incident management, MIM calls, service requests, and routine changes (desktop pool management, application publishing).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.
  • Support Flashstack HW and Wyse Thin Client devices, including basic Windows Server 2012/2016 administration.

Requirements:

  •  4-6 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in infrastructure/Citrix/virtualization.
  • Expertise in Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, NetScalers, VDI deployments, and VMware vSphere.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2012/2016, and networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, IP, VLANs).
  • Ability to work night shifts (if required) and fluency in English (oral/written).

Desired

  • Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
  • Experience troubleshooting VMware ESXi environments.
  • Familiarity with wireless/wired networking technologies and VDI deployment best practices.

Languages:

  • Advanced Oral English.
