Experience and Skills Required:

  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Develops a pool of qualified candidates through the most advanced Recruiting Tool available: LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Efficiently and effectively fills the vacancies;
  • Conducts regular follow-ups with the managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plans and their implementation;
  • Builds networks to find qualified passive and active candidates;
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;


Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sourcing;
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Excellent verbal & written English skills;
