About the position

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills and proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis to support the deployment Personetics Solutions
  • Perform data modelling, wrangling, analysis, and mapping as part of the integration architecture.
  • Work closely with other business and development units and lead the onboarding process of new customers, to deliver high-quality data-centered solutions.
  • Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation and issue impact analysis
  • Define implementation team tasks to support customers needs
  • Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a data-oriented environment
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in industrial Engineering, Information systems and similar
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Hands on experience in SQL
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis
  • Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ·ttention to details
  • Team oriented and yet able to work independently
  • Able to thrive in a fast passed environment and learn quickly
  • Highly proficient in English- must

Nice to have

  • Financial services experience (banking, Credit Cards or insurance)
  • Customer facing experience
