Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to Nano Dimension's products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues while keeping customers informed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Nano Dimension's product offerings and industry trends.
- Provide training and demonstrations to customers on product usage and best practices.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and training materials.
Contribution
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in technical customer support.
- At least 3 years in field service or related technical roles.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with test equipment, hand tools, and technical documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Additional Requirements:
- US citizenship highly desired.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 50%-70% of the time.
Location:
- Preferably based in the Midwest.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the technology or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of 3D printing technology and related software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient with customer support software and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
