We are seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Manager to join our team, focusing on planning and executing the company roadmap. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Development, and Release Planning teams to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and efficiency.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic planning, process improvement, and cost management expertise to drive operational excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Roadmap Execution: Maintain and optimize planning processes, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap, timelines, capacity, and changes.
- Agile Process Leadership: Implement and lead agile, scalable processes that enable the organization to adapt quickly to evolving business needs while maintaining long-term objectives.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Establish structured monitoring tools to track real-time progress against plans and provide clear, actionable status updates.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training and ongoing support to teams for effective planning and execution processes.
- Resource Allocation & Risk Management: Ensure effective resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to project execution.
- KPI & Performance Metrics: Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Cost Management:
- Track and monitor planned vs. actual costs.
- Lead monthly financial reviews and reporting.
- Optimize cloud expenditures by monitoring costs and collaborating with vendors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Program Management experience, ideally within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira for project tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to define and communicate complex processes across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
