The Senior Operational Enablement Manager will drive operational efficiency and empower client-facing teams by developing scalable enablement content, optimizing workflows, and ensuring access to essential tools and knowledge. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact across the organization.
About The Role
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work with Sales, RevOps, and various stakeholders to align enablement strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify training requirements and gaps across teams.
- Support change management initiatives for process updates and tool rollouts.
- Clearly document and communicate workflow changes across teams.
Content Development & Delivery:
- Create scalable enablement resources, including curriculums, microlearning modules, and on-demand materials.
- Utilize tools like Camtasia, Rise, and Genially to produce engaging and impactful content.
- Design and deliver live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to ensure the adoption of tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Regularly maintain and update content to align with tool enhancements and organizational changes.
Feedback & Optimization:
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify gaps and refine enablement resources.
- Leverage data to improve strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enablement experience, preferably in Global SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success processes.
- Expertise in blended learning and microlearning content creation.
- Proficiency in tools like Camtasia, Rise, Genially, and HighSpot.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English at a native level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, Education, Business or a related field (an advantage)
- Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
