Description
This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for monday Service you will be responsible for scaling monday Service sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value that monday Service product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.
We are looking for a talented French speaking Account Executive who will be responsible for closing new business relationships with our clients.
You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
About The Role

- The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for the monday Service product.
- Lead discovery and monday Service-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
- Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 Service product in the market
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
- Manage our existing portfolio of customers who may be interested in the product and source new opportunities
- Responsible for the French market
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience at a SaaS company - must
- Native French speaker and Fluent English - must
- Outbound pipeline generation experience - must
- Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Track record of success and overachievement
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
- Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Additional languages – advantage
- Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment
