Description

This is the start of something BIG! We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to forge deep, trusted relationships within Israel's public sector. This is an opportunity to expand our footprint by developing new business with existing clients and proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

About The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Israeli Public Sector. You will be responsible for scaling sales by providing expert-level knowledge in sales, and monday.com products to our customers - focusing on the value we can provide to the public sector.

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for the public sector.
  • Manage our existing portfolio of customers from the gov sector and source new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
  • Creating a marketing plan to successfully sell into the public sector territory.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday.com against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
  • Selling into various governmental offices

Requirements

  • Experience working with the government procurement administrations, under Roved 5
  • 3+ years in SaaS account management – MUST
  • 2+ years working within the Israeli public sector – MUST
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas – MUST
  • Native Hebrew speaker – MUST
  • Proficient in English – MUST
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes – MUST
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to engage with government stakeholders at all levels
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and empathy
  • Ability to navigate complex public sector environments and adapt to changes
  • Customer-centric, goal-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in public sector accounts

Internal requirements

  • Native Hebrew speaker or Hebrew mother tongue – must
  • High proficiency in English - must
  • At least 18 months years of experience at the company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities

  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
