As a Career Success Advisor at Masterschool, you will be more than a coach; you will be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change. Your primary mission is to guide, motivate, and empower our graduates throughout their job search, transforming challenges into stepping stones toward a successful tech career. This role demands a proactive and passionate individual dedicated to our students’ aspirations, equipping them with the necessary tools and confidence to navigate the tech job market effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with students, providing consistent support through various communication channels including 1:1 Zoom meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Track and achieve key performance indicators related to student engagement and successful placement.
  • Actively manage and drive the job search process alongside students, embodying our commitment to their success.
  • Empower students to take charge of their career paths by providing them with the resources, tools, and strategies essential for job market success.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance our offerings based on detailed analysis and feedback from students.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • On-site 5 days a week at our Tel-Aviv office.
  • Languages (mandatory): Proficient in German, English, and Hebrew (all three languages).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Leadership qualities that promote team collaboration and drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client feedback and provide strategic solutions.
  • Leadership qualities that promote team collaboration and drive results.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, with a track record of fostering long-term relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
  • Sales-oriented mindset.
