How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives traffic, boosts rankings, and supports our PLG model.
  • Programmatic SEO: Create scalable strategies using automation and data to target thousands of keywords and long-tail opportunities effectively.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team and manage freelancers to develop keyword-rich, user-focused content that aligns with our target personas.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits, optimize website structure, improve page speed, and resolve crawl and indexing issues to ensure search engine visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors’ SEO strategies, identifying opportunities to outpace them in organic search.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all campaigns.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and the GPT impact, identifying opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • Experience: 8+ years in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Programmatic SEO Expertise: Strong experience in creating and managing programmatic SEO using automation and large-scale data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Tableau or similar platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply findings to enhance SEO performance.
  • Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Demonstrated creativity in finding innovative solutions to SEO challenges.
  • Hands-On Approach: A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to implement strategies directly when needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
