Description

We are looking for a passionate Head of Solutions Engineering to help Komodor continue to establish itself as the enterprise standard for managing K8s at scale. You will be a part of realizing a vision where we help our customers in DevOps solve major pain around productivity, scalability of K8s for their company and support for their customers.

The Solutions Engineering team partners with our prospect and clients to realize the full potential of their K8s investment by leveraging the Komodor platform to help drive their growth and success. This team influences revenue growth across our entire organization by collaborating with sales, strategy, product, and engineering to provide the best experience for our customers. Our team works alongside AEs, CSMs, SAs and Product teams throughout the customer journey (pre & post-sales) serving as the single technical point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients. We are committed to empowering the Global 2000 with the tooling and platform required for them to succeed.

In This Job You Will:

  • Help your team work with customers across their entire lifecycle - from pre-sales (sales demos, answering inbound questions, executing proof of concepts) to post-sales (onboarding, technical reviews, account expansion).
  • Listen and respond; build and advise on the best technical choices for our customers.
  • Partner closely with the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product to deliver impact and is also responsible for building out a world class solution engineering organization to support scale.
  • Close the loop between customers, product, and engineering teams, championing the product to the customer, and bringing their requirements to the roadmap.
  • Be challenged, solve new problems, teach about our technologies, and figure out new, better ways to delight our customers.

Requirements

To Be Successful In This Role, You Have:

  • Preference is 1+ years in a leadership role
  • 3+ years years of experience in complex enterprise software solution engineering or highly relatable functions
  • A commitment to user experience, customer optimization and successful implementation of new products.
  • Deep familiarity with core web infrastructure, Open Source technologies, and public cloud platforms.
  • Exceptional customer management and communication skills.
