We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team, supporting treasury operations and strategic initiatives across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment, collaborating with finance teams, banks, and internal stakeholders to optimize cash, liquidity, and financial risk management.

As part of a flexible and collaborative team, you will have exposure to various treasury activities and may be assigned different responsibilities over time, including leading specific workstreams. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can adapt to changing priorities while ensuring high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash & Liquidity Management:
• Monitor and optimize cash positions across European entities.
• Support short-term liquidity forecasting and funding decisions.
• Assist in managing cash pooling structures and intercompany funding.
• Banking & Payments:
• Support bank relationship management, including account structures and documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Foreign Exchange & Risk Management:
• Assist in analyzing foreign exchange exposures and executing hedging strategies.
• Support interest rate and FX risk management as required.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between business needs and treasury risk management practices.
• Treasury Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain and improve treasury controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support treasury reporting, including cash flow analysis, financial risk metrics, and bank fee monitoring.
• Assist in treasury technology enhancements, including TMS and automation initiatives.
• Project & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
• Lead or support treasury-related projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, or regulatory initiatives.
• Work closely with finance, tax, legal, and business teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support M&A activities from a treasury perspective when required.

• Relevant Experience: 2-5 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cash management, FX hedging, banking operations, and financial instruments.
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Technology & Systems: Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP systems, or financial reporting tools is a plus.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Flexibility & Initiative: Willingness to take on different responsibilities and lead workstreams as needed.
