About the role
As a Digital Content & Trading Executive you will be tasked with the optimization of the Spanish sportsbook and marketing offerings in order to provide a relevant, localized customer experience on both our William Hill and 888 online sites.
You will be involved in executing sportsbook, optimizing our sites to keep our customers as engaged as possible, creating interesting and relevant trading offers and maintaining the #MiApuesta product. Although not constantly, you will need to be available to work shift patterns that include weekends/evenings.
Requirements
Required skills, knowledge and experience
* A well-developed knowledge and experience of the betting and gaming industry.
* Spanish language expert (Must be mother tongue).
* Experienced in working with online content or other operational teams, including customer services.
* English language competence (Business level or fluent).
* An understanding of web analytics.
* Strong passion for sports.
* Sharp understanding of the language of both the sports and casino products.
* Brilliant attention to detail coupled with strong planning skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Providing localised, dynamic content on our Spanish language sportsbooks and their various sub-domains. Including trading content on our Sports products.
* Ensuring all content on our Spanish sportsbook sites is in line with the overall business strategy and tone of voice.
*Optimising the key customer journeys and pages to ensure that the clients confront as little amount of friction as possible.
* Utilising our content management systems to ensure all areas of our sportsbook products are consistent, accurate and of the highest quality.
* Monitoring and checking our websites, ensuring all content and data is correctly displaying and up to date at all times.
* Evaluating closely departmental key performance indicators in order to make significant decisions to drive customer retention.
* Building and maintaining good relationships with important stakeholders such as Marketing, Design, Gaming, Product, Compliance. Business Performance, Trading & Tech, CRM, Gaming Operations and the VIP teams. Including those sitting within the Spanish team but also those within the central functions.
* Support the Site Manager and Operations team in identifying localised market opportunities and work with Trading to drive the creation and pricing of relevant special markets.
* Using data to ensure that the most relevant events and attractive markets for Spanish customers are promoted and prioritised on the sportsbook, within Spanish regulations.
* Questioning and modifying established processes and service procedures through the results of site analytics.
* Supporting the Development team with testing to ensure that the Spanish versions of all new products and features have been correctly localised – provide advice on linguistic detail.
* Constantly monitoring the latest sports betting trends, benchmarking site layout, content positioning and promotional activity.
* Responding to #MiApuesta requests, managing the replies effectively and quickly whilst engaging our customers through social media.
* Help grow the #MiApuesta product – with a keen eye on the social conversations, alerting management and the team to potential issues or opportunities.
* Ensuring all new staff members receive the appropriate training and coaching.
* Writing original sports related copy to support copywriting & the campaigns teams.
* Assisting SEO & other William Hill or 888 International teams with ad-hoc requests and help cover for the Social Media team during key periods.
* Being flexible to work shift patterns that include weekends/evenings.
