We are looking for a talented, experienced and highly motivated Development Team Leader to join a strong group, developing one of the world's top leading online gaming brands.

Our payment system is a web-based product that maintains a high availability secure system which handles all money transactions.

The system is composed by a suite of web applications written in React with TypeScript and AngularJS with JavaScript that consume a set of services written in C# upon .NET 8 and .NET Framwework 4.8.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading application development and maintenance ensuring compliance with performance and availability metrics to support business objectives. 

What you will be doing

Manage and lead the delivery team;

Ensure delivery of features within the system from initial analysis to post-production monitoring and validation;

Coach and grow developers and QA members within the team towards their potential;

Support team members in technical challenges; Implement and maintain development and QA processes within the team;

Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team;

Promote architectural improvements in the solution to facilitate performance, maintainability, scalability and time to market;

Work closely with different interfaces like product owners and project managers;

Analyze requirements and provide architectural solutions with development and QA estimations;

Report progress and status of the projects to the stakeholders;

Manage production-level situations with quick resolutions and minimal impact.



Who we are looking for

At least 2+ years of experience as a development team leader;

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with web technologies development - HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript or JavaScript;

At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft server-side technologies - .NET 8/.NET Framework 4.8+ using C#;

Experience with refactoring and modernizing monolithic systems towards microsevices architectures;

Experience with React;

Experience with Docker and kubernetes;

Experience building microservices leveraging domain-driven design and minimal API;

Experience with cloud services and development;

Good grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles;

Good knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies;

High motivation to learn and grow professionally;

High technical skills, self-learning abilities, independence and well-organized working methods;

Great communication skills;

Out-of-the box thinking and quick learning ability;

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent;

Familiarity with working in an Agile environment.
