Your role:

• Break down concepts into actionable milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project roadmap.
• Facilitate short, iterative development cycles, enabling teams to deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
• Embrace change, adjust priorities, and navigate roadblocks to ensure adaptability to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
• Take ownership of assigned projects or product features, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Act as the main point of communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Your skills:

• You have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and standards to drive effective project and product delivery.
• You are skilled in planning, scheduling, and risk management, with the ability to keep projects on track.
• You bring a solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC stages; experience with JIRA and ADO is a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills and can effectively align teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• You have experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring agile adaptability.
• You are familiar with tools and platforms that support iterative development cycles and collaborative team environments.
