We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front-end Team Leader to join our Client Infrastructure Team.This role blends hands-on technical leadership with team management, ensuring a scalable, high-performance front-end infrastructure. You’ll drive architectural decisions, lead development efforts, and collaborate across teams to enhance our ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Technical Leadership & Development
- Define front-end architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Build and optimize core infrastructure components, libraries, and tooling.
- Enhance performance with caching strategies, efficient rendering, and load time optimizations.
- Solve challenges related to fault tolerance, security, and production stability.
- Stay ahead of emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a front-end team, fostering technical excellence and growth.
- Guide best practices, code reviews, and workflow improvements.
- Work closely with back-end, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration.
- Act as the technical escalation point for front-end issues.
Innovation & Best Practices
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Drive CI/CD automation and optimize development workflows.
- Improve developer experience with better tooling and testing strategies.
- Ensure accessibility, security, and performance best practices.
Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years in front-end development, 2+ years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong grasp of front-end architecture, microservices, and component-based development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and backend integrations.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of front-end build systems (Webpack, Vite) and monorepos (Nx, Turborepo).
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, Mixpanel).
Nice to Have
- Fintech experience.
- Mobile development (React Native, Flutter, iOS/Android).
- Expertise in state management (Redux, NgRx) and async data handling.
