We are seeking a experienced Marketing Managers to lead and drive the comprehensive marketing strategies for our brands. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end marketing vision for their respective brand, with a specific focus on monetization through upsell opportunities by expanding products, exploring additional sales channels, and optimizing existing ones. This role will involve working closely with various teams to achieve revenue growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the assigned brand(s), including benchmarking, market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Monetization & Upsell Growth:
  • Define and drive monetization strategies by identifying new upsell opportunities within existing products and services.
  • Implement strategies to enhance upsell opportunities across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and launch new products and services to expand revenue opportunities, focusing on both direct sales and e-commerce.
  • Explore and integrate new sales channels, including marketplace platforms, to enhance customer reach and optimize revenue streams.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Ownership:
  • Manage GTM planning and execution, ensuring a cohesive marketing vision from product positioning and messaging to launches and campaigns.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to customer acquisition, upsell opportunities, and retention, focusing on measurable results.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and tech teams to ensure alignment across departments and support the broader marketing vision.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for upsell initiatives and e-commerce growth projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role with significant experience in e-commerce, online sales management, and upsell growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities and introducing new products or sales channels.
  • Marketplace experience is strongly preferred (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, or other platforms).
  • E-commerce Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, customer acquisition funnels, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Experience in managing and growing e-commerce platforms and working with digital marketplaces.
  • Analytical Mindset:
  • Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and utilizing insights to guide product positioning and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, performance dashboards, and data visualization tools.
  • GTM Experience:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for both product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and aligning teams toward common goals.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Ed-Tech industry or related fields.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, upsell strategies, and direct-to-consumer business models.
