Description

DoControl is a SaaS Security Posture Management solution offering visibility, threat detection, and remediation for sensitive data exposure and insider threats. DoControl secures SaaS data, identities, connected third-party apps & configurations to ensure comprehensive protection across major SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Box. 

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead backend engineering and APIs connectivity to our end to end user experience / look and feel of the product. Our technology stack is based on AWS managed services and serverless architecture. Therefore, an extensive understanding of AWS / Cloud technologies is necessary.

Role and responsibilities


  • Backend engineering lead as part of frontend, backend, and data analytics team
  • End to end ownership of a SaaS backend/API
  • Build backend infrastructure and connectivity
  • Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend engineering
  • Experience with Enterprise Software / SaaS applications
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and test methodologies
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience around AWS / Cloud technologies - mandatory
  • Development experience with typescript - mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with serverless architecture - a big plus
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Attention to details
