How You’ll Contribute

• Take ownership of developing new products and features from scratch, managing your projects from the initial product request to final delivery.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the Product department, Sales, Data, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Design and build impactful solutions as part of the application team, focusing on features that directly affect the end-user experience.
• Develop and enhance the customer-facing dashboard, ensuring it meets user needs and delivers value.
• Be an integral part of a cross-functional environment, driving the development of innovative tools that make a difference for our customers.

What Makes You a Fit

• 5 years of experience in backend or full stack development with backend orientation in Python.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue/React/Angular.
• Experience with high traffic and data processing levels, ensuring optimal system performance over customer growth.
• Experience in the design and implementation of highly scalable & distributed web applications.
• Experience in working with APIs - Web services / Rest API / GraphQL.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases, such as Postgres/ Redis/ QuickWit/ ClickHouse
• Testing backend and frontend code with Jest / Cypress / Pytest (or any other platform).
• Maintaining high standards of code quality & styling and thoughtful application design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – we’re looking for a real team player.
