Requirements
Your impact – Day to Day Activities
· Successfully maintain, administrate, and provide technical support related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform in the organization.
· Be a key part of the decision and implementation of new modules in the platform.
· Design, develop and implement solutions using JavaScript, HTML and, Angular by leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to meet specific business needs.
· Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
· Provide technical consultant for implement requirements of different organization business units on the platform.
· Gain the required knowledge to develop and support different modules within the organization ServiceNow platform.
· Create and maintain system design and operational documentation using the Agile Development methodologies.
· Complete other duties as assigned.
Your tool box
· 4+ years of extensive hand-on experience in development and implementation projects on the ServiceNow platform:
· IT Service Management full suite - MUST have
· IT Operations Management - Advantage
· Software Asset Management - Advantage
· ITBM/SPM - Advantage
· Experience in Scripting/implementing/ administering of ServiceNow.
· Should possess good understanding to guide the team using the Service Now-ITSM.
· Experience with CMDB, Asset Management & Service Portals – Advantage
· Enterprise Application Integration: Active Directory, Intune, Discovery and other ITSM Applications knowledge and integration experience
· Program Languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Server-Side scripting, Angular JS, Jelly Script.
· Multi-Application Integrations using connectors, REST API
· Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision using the ServiceNow Agile Development
· Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills
· An endlessly curious mind
· Certification: ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow Admin and Implementation certification will be considered as advantage
