We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager who can be a liaison between our customers and our talented R&D department.

Your impact:

• Building, managing and tracking the execution of multi-projects, based product generic developments and customers’ tailored ones.
• Building strategy from ramp up and preparations towards delivering the GA version according to commitment, reaching successful acceptance tests and go-live.
• Leading the product development and execution in the R&D from requirement definition and planning until successful delivery at the customers’ sites.
• Strong matrix interaction with multiple inner organization interfaces – R&D, Product Management, System Architecture, QA, Project management, DevOps etc.
• Experienced manager with technical background, self-learner, capable of working independently.
• Full responsibility for planning and managing SW delivery lifecycle in the R&D, this includes ensuring an on-time delivery, that meets business requirements and quality success criteria.

Key skills and requirements:

• 3+ years of managerial experience in software development as group leader, project manager, delivery manager or service manager
• Practical R&D experience of at least 3 years in complex development projects  
• Significant experience in matrix environment / matrix management
• Experience in managing complex integrations and versions
• Excellent interpersonal abilities 
• Bachelor or engineering degree in computer science or related fields

• Ability to understand wide perspective system view, including high and low level technical architecture
• Ability to facilitate, debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
• Ability to lead cross departments processes, ability to lead implementation of new processes

• Experience with managing large scale development projects above 30MY value
