What are we looking for?

This is an office administration and facilities management role for the Pune office. This role will report to the Pune Managing Director.

The Office Administrator is responsible for helping with the day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The main responsibilities are to organize and execute various office administration services. Keep abreast of the latest rules & regulations and maintain our policies/procedures & guidelines are up-to-date. To ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

 

  • Key Responsibilities: Front desk: Serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, job candidates, and vendors
  • Administrative tasks: Office Administration responsibilities such as equipment and facilities maintenance, procurement of supplies, travel & logistics support, greeting visitors and provide assistance to guests / employees, support logistical operations.
  • Event planning: Coordinate with HR on event, activities in office
  • Support HR in various HR initiatives in Pune office
  • Maintain a Healthy and Safe workplace


What is needed to succeed?

  • 2+ year experience
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English language
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Professional mannerism
  • Should be well organized, multitaskers,
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independent work. While we have a growing office in Pune and very supportive colleagues, we expect you to be able to handle many tasks independently.
  • Good self-management and multi-tasking skills – you have a smile on your face and look for solutions even when things get a bit hectic
  • Experience with working with people that come from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Previous experience with HR admin tasks- Advantage
