What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our Customer Care Team. This team works in a pool CSM model and is responsible for welcoming, delivering and onboarding new customers, as well as assisting existing customers and internal stakeholders with their ongoing needs.

How will you make an impact?

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Provide superb first-line customer care.
  • Onboard, deliver, and assist new customers that were assigned to the care team.
  • Assist our customers with their ongoing needs and respond to customers’ inquiries.
  • Provide back-office support for our sales organization.


What is needed to succeed?

Required qualifications:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience , 2+ years of proven relevant work experience in customer service or a similar role in a global software company.
  • High customer service consciousness.
  • A good team player, self-motivated and independent
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and prioritizing planned and unplanned tasks.
  • Highly organized, and accurate, with a tendency to maintain extensive attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Additional advantage qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce is highly desired
  • Knowledge & experience within the software industry.
