About the Job

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Frontend Developer to join our growing R&D team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging user interfaces for our web applications. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring high-quality performance and visual appeal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create pixel-perfect and responsive user interfaces.
• Convert designs and wireframes into functional, interactive web pages using modern web technologies.
• Lead the creation of dynamic and interactive components, including animations and engaging visual effects.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by adhering to modern web standards.
• Optimize web applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Enhance and extend existing web solutions, implementing best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across various projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong coding skills with HTML5, CSS3, Sass, JavaScript, and Git.
• Proven experience with responsive design and creating user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces across multiple devices and platforms.
• Hands-on experience in converting designs into functioning web pages.
• Familiarity with creating animations and effects using native CSS, JavaScript, or modern frameworks.
• Proficient in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Fullstack environments based on Ruby or PhP.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React for building complex systems and reusable components.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• A quick learner with a passion for mastering new technologies and disciplines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
