abra R&D Solutions is seeking a Linux Kernel Developer Engineer to join our dynamic team!

We are seeking an experienced Linux Kernel Developer to help shape the future of dynamic cloud storage solutions. Our technology enables scalable, cost-efficient block storage that adapts to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify Linux block device drivers to support dynamic storage.
• Optimize performance and reliability of kernel storage subsystems.
• Implement filesystem and I/O optimizations for cloud-based workloads.
• Debug and resolve kernel-level issues related to storage and networking.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure and DevOps teams to integrate solutions.

• LINUX Strong experience with Linux kernel development, especially block device drivers.
• Deep understanding of storage subsystems, filesystems, and I/O paths.
• Proficiency in C for kernel development.
• Experience with device-mapper, NVMe, and storage virtualization is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable storage solutions.
• Ability to debug and optimize kernel performance issues.

Preferred

• Contributions to the Linux kernel or open-source storage projects.
• Experience with eBPF, io_uring, or performance profiling tools.
• Understanding of distributed storage architectures.
