Position Overview:
We seek a driven Business Development Team Leader eager to grow and manage key partnerships. Your focus will be expanding our lead generation efforts and maximizing revenue opportunities within the comparison sector. You'll need a sharp analytical mindset and proven sales skills to develop long-term relationships and close deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing partners in the Comparison and Lead Generation domains.
- Identifying and negotiating new business opportunities.
- Use data to inform commercial decisions and optimize partner performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to align on business goals.
- Track and report on performance, ensuring targets are met.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the Comparison domain - Must
- 1+ year of experience in the Lead Generation domain - Advantage
- Strong lead generation experience – Advantage.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
