Description
The Telecom RMA Manager is responsible for overseeing the RMA process for telecom RF & other Units. This role involves managing the return and repair of units, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating with Quality, Engineering and product teams to address recurring issues. The supervisor will also track RMA metrics, provide insights for process improvements, and maintain detailed documentation to ensure utmost Customer Satisfaction.
The RMA Manager will manage demand, supply, and inventory for optimum Inventory Carrying Cost, validate non-production Items, create demand forecasts, and improve processes. The role involves cross-functional teamwork with procurement, finance, Partner, and IT to enhance operational efficiency.
Position responsibility includes:
· Managing RMA repairs within defined TaT.
· Managing imports & export of RMA units.
· Manage Spares availability Inhouse or Through AVL/Open Market.
· Monitoring Customs processes & Govern the Global & Domestic RMA.
· Partner monitoring & Governance.
· Manage & Control Cost of Operation.
· Reporting to management with progress, pendency & Alerts
· Co-manage regular cycle count and physical count of warehouse inventory with Spare Parts Warehouse and Return Receiving Operation Management Team.
· Work with IT, finance, procurement, and logistics to identify key areas to improve service, operational excellency, and cost
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
· Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for the most efficient use of time
· Understanding of pick/pack/ship operations in warehouse environment should have knowledge about Electronics repairs.

Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal partners and external clients
Well verse /Confident in dealing with foreign nationals Global Customer/Colleagues.
Be Passionate for Operations with relevant experience in Electronics Repairs, Order Management, Customer Support Services.
Self-driven, with a collaborative approach with the ability to build and strengthen relationships.
Demonstrate strong attention to detailing and ability to shine under compressed timelines.
Adaptable, flexible, and open-minded to work in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment that undergoes constant change.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in engineering – advantage
MBA in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management
Expertise on productivity tools such as Advance Excel/Power BI/ Data Analytics is mandatory.
4-6 Years experience in manager position
Working in global company – advantage
Knowledge of ERP system - Oracle advantage
Understanding of Electronics Circuitry, Repair processes.
Exposure with Export/Import processes
Logistics operations in context with Indian Land of Law
Understanding of warehousing, Logistics Services with exposure to Transportation and associated Taxation.
